The album is an execution of an original concept of the trumpeter Tomek Nowak who invited top Krakow musicians and a rapper from Rzeszów (famous for combining rap with music played live) to work with him. The band consists of five different artistic personalities: two promising figures of Polish jazz – Kuba Płużek and Alan Wykpisz, the charismatic and experienced Filip Mozul, the distinguished underground rapper Eskaubei, and the respected sideman Tomek Nowak overseeing the project. The latter has spent many years collaborating with Nigel Kennedy, Jarosław Śmietana and musicians working with Amy Winehouse; the experience he thus gained has allowed him to fuse the worlds of jazz, hip hop and Black Groove. These genres, having much in common actually, come together on a single album that contains mature and well-thought rap, intriguing arrangements as well as free improvisation. Mr Krime, a pioneer of Polish DJ'ing, has proved a significant support here as his scratches and cuts spice up 7 out of 11 pieces on the disc. The album features a famous rapper and vocalist from Łódź, Lilu, and Ten Typ Mes who is one of the most colourful figures on the Polish music scene. We can hear a bass solo played by Robert Cichy. It is the first album in the For Tune's catalogue to contain elements of hip hop.
